Miss Lubbock (Texas) USA’s choice of evening wear at a Halloween party caused an Internet uproar, which ended with the pageant winner turning in her tiara Wednesday.

Photographs of Amanda Gass, who won the Miss Lubbock title in March, made the rounds on the Internet showing the 23-year-old wearing shorts and body paint to cover her chest.
